We never rush to finish your dog by the clock. Each pup is scheduled in their own time, handled by one groomer from start to finish.

My Favourite is a small grooming salon and boutique in Fitzroy North, offering the best grooming and spa treatment for small dogs by a professional groomer. Our top priority is that your dog feels safe and comfortable throughout the groom, so we only take a small, limited number of dogs each day and give your pup our full attention in detail.

We specialise in trendy teddy-bear style clips through to traditional breed clips — whatever suits your preference and your lifestyle. If you're unsure what's best for you and your pup, we're more than happy to consult and guide you on arrival. We also offer a variety of spa courses to pamper your pooch. When fleas are found during a session, a flea shampoo and rinse is treated no matter what, to prevent spreading in the shop.

Please note: all grooming prices are estimated only and will be subject to change due to the condition of your dog's coat and behaviour (challenging behaviour, size/obesity, difficulty to groom, poor coat condition/matting, amount of coat). An extra charge applies for longer length, matting, behaviour, etc.

Specially made for pet bathing — helps with dandruff, hotspots, yeast, tick/flea bites, odour, itchiness and coat growth, with moisturising lactic acid for overall skin and coat cleanliness.

Good to know before you visit

  • You'll get a confirmation text the day before your appointment.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time — there's a little consulting and preparation before we start.
  • We're a one-on-one salon, so each dog is scheduled in their own time and we never rush.
  • To reschedule or cancel, we ask for 48 hours' notice; a $100 cancellation fee applies to rebook or keep a pre-booked appointment.
  • Most dogs are ready to collect within a couple of hours — you'll get a text when they're nearly ready.
